CHURCHES TOGETHER IN ASHFORD

Representatives from many churches throughout Ashford met together last evening at St Simon Stock, Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield Road, for their representatives meeting. Revd John Boyle, the Parish Priest opened the meeting in a time of worship, and Captain Ian (CHairperson) chaired through the meeting. Part of the discussions was about the annual general meeting in a couple of weeks times, and the proposal that Captain Ian continues for a further year. Nominations for the next two years for various offices are up for election or re election this year
