SUNDAY, 31ST AUGUST

Today concluded Champion's Challenge week. This past week both the children's and youth's ministries have held a holiday club.

The children met each morning (monday to friday) for a time of challenges, games and craft.

Each morning included a DVD presentation on the life of Jesus following sporting themes. For further information see our children's minstries blog http://thekingdomkids.blogspot.com/

Each evening our youths met for a time of fun: watching a DVD, field games, baking, art, music, dance, party games and the beach.

This morning's teaching was on the Holy Spirit and we were all invited to say who the Holy Spirit is; answers included Dove, Trinity, Pentecost. The Holy Spirit is even mentioned in the story of creation. Although we cannot see the Holy Spirit he is and has always been here.
